What is cloud computing?

Put simply, cloud computing is basically a store of resources, software and information accessible by anyone (with the right to access it) anywhere in the world using the internet.

In cloud computing, users don't actually own a solid piece of server or software or hard disk space. Instead they own the "right" to use the software or hardware provided by a third party.
