Entec has become recognised as a specialist supplier of affordable ICT services to UK voluntary organisations based around three elements of software, hardware and consultancy.
It is widely recognised that the acquisition of software licenses and hardware only forms part of an IT systems and that support, training, installation and consultancy are needed to make it all work and keep it working!
Consultancy includes understanding an organisation’s operational needs and translating those needs into practical IT solutions that are secure, robust and easily maintained. These include manageable data, web and email systems, remote site operations, connectivity infrastructures, maintenance, and reviews of existing systems.
Additionally, Entec provides solutions for accountancy, databases (including clients, members and mentors) and mind-mapping (one of the most brilliant organisational tools!) along with user training (software and systems), IT project management and web site development.
